This five session class for teens gives an opportunity for teens to explore the concepts of Graphic Design in the analogue and digital spaces. Over the course of the sessions, we will discuss layout of print and digital media, color choice, font choice, and meet with a professional graphic designer! We will explore the possibilities of design and learn about observing the world of design around us.The tools we will use during the sessions will include pencil and paper, Adobe Illustrator, and printers. We will bring our designs to life through printing and production of fun stickers.This class is offered in partnership with the Greensboro Free Library and is made possible by a HOST grant from the Vermont Academy of Science and Engineering.Appropriate for teens ages 13 - 18.
